Responsibilities of Hirer / Users for ACCC Facilities ...(Under Traffic Lights System)...Responsibilities of Hirer: 1. Ensure that you have verified that all attendees have a valid Vaccination Certificate or Ministry of Health medical exemption. This does not apply to children under 12 years old 2. Adhere to the rules as specified by the government’s COVID-19 Protection Framework 3. Clean & Wipe down high frequency touch areas (before start and end of hire) – Door handles, light switches, chairs, tables, bathroom facilities, etc 4. Keep a record of your attendees at each session 5. Make sure they have scanned the QR code or complete contact sign in slip and sanitised their hands when they enter the premises 6. Maintain physical distancing 7. Bring your own disinfectant spray & wipes and hand sanitiser (just in case disinfectant and sanitiser goes “missing”) Responsibilities of User: 1. ACCC SCHOLARSHIPS 2022ACCC SCHOLARSHIPS CALLING FOR APPLICATIONS
The Auckland Chinese Community Centre (ACCC) is calling for applications for their two types of scholarships. These scholarships are as follows:
Under Graduate Studies Scholarships: Up to three of this scholarship may be offered in each year. Each scholarship will have a value of $1,000 per year and will be supported for three to four continuous years depending on the tenure of the degree and the continuing pass of the full year course enrolled in each year.
Post Graduate Studies Scholarship: Only one of this scholarship may be offered each year. Each scholarship has a value of $3,000 per annum and will be supported for no more than three continuous years and the continuing pass of the full year course enrolled in each year.
These scholarships are awarded to only ACCC members who will achieve academic excellence and are committed to providing community services, particularly past and future services to the ACCC. If you are such any member, please apply for these scholarships. Information and application forms can be obtained from David Tai, d_tai@xtra.co.nz. All Scholarship applications must be submitted by 31 March 2022. Applicants will be advised of the results of their application before 31 May 2022 and winners will be invited to attend the ACCC Anniversary dinner held in June 2022 to collect their scholarship certificate.

Ordinary Members (Individual, Family and Associate memberships) should note that their annual membership of the Auckland Chinese Community Centre (ACCC) is for the period from 1 January to 31 December of each year. This means their membership will need to be renewed at the start of each year.
If you are an Ordinary Member, please pay the appropriate subscription amount into the bank account shown on the Membership Form below. Please tag your direct bank payment with your full name, the words “membership renewal” and membership number. Should your name, address, phone number, or email address change within the last year, can you please fill in the membership form and send it to David Tai at d_tai@xtra,co,nz.
Early renewal will enable you to participate in the heavily subsidised Auckland Anniversary Day Yum Char organised by the ACCC.
Enduring Members have life membership of the ACCC so they do not need to pay any annual membership subscription. They can, however, to use the same form to advise ACCC of any changes in their contact details.
